The environment was comfortable and clean. The self-service check-in/out was very convenient and quick. Phone communication was prompt and smooth, and any issues were resolved perfectly. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

The toilet had no toilet paper, so you had to use tissues and throw them in the trash. The walls were also thin, and I could hear a couple's voices quite clearly in the middle of the night. So, I'd advise against staying here with friends. On the other hand, the room, bed, and bathroom area were all very spacious, and there was a bathtub big enough to stretch out in. The water pressure in the shower wasn't super strong, but it wasn't a problem. Besides what I mentioned earlier, another thing that bothered me was that cleaning supplies or sheets were left in the hallway outside my room. Also, even though I put the 'do not disturb' sign on when I left, my room had been cleaned when I returned. (I was a bit worried because I'd left my belongings out, but nothing was stolen). For the price, the room was very spacious, so it might be a good hotel for someone who can overlook these minor issues with the facilities. Earplugs would be a good idea.

I lost money inside the room and the staff wont even help me to fix things to find it in cctv. Also they overcharge me 1000ntd for the late check out of the room. The lady on the telephone counter got a bad attitude too. Waste of money

The environment is clean and the location is excellent, making it a top choice for a short trip. Even for a solo traveler, the cost isn't a concern. I highly recommend considering this place if you're planning a 2-day trip to Taipei.

Staying in room 609 this time? Pros: The location is quite convenient. While the building looks a bit old from the outside, the room itself was acceptably clean. The bathroom was great with a large bathtub. It was quiet; I barely heard anyone (was it because no one else was staying there?). Amenities: Two bath towels, disposable slippers, shampoo, and body wash. Two tea bags, two coffee sachets, and a packet of small biscuits. The TV didn't work, but it was too late to report it.

We didn’t expect the hotel to be located above what appears to be a factory-style building, so it was quite difficult to find on our first evening — especially since it was raining. The hotel operates on a self check-in and check-out system, meaning there are no staff stationed on-site. While the concept is convenient for some, it can be a little challenging if you need immediate assistance. In terms of location, it’s not particularly ideal, though there are a few food shops, a FamilyMart, and a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient for late-night snacks or quick bites. However, the housekeeping service could be improved. The staff did not refill the shampoo and shower gel fully unless requested, which was insufficient for three guests taking both evening and morning showers. In addition, the bedsheets and blankets were not changed daily, and there was no vacuuming done throughout the stay. The water in the air purifier was also not emptied or refilled unless specifically requested. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were friendly and polite whenever we interacted with them. Do note that since this is a fully self-service hotel, there are no front desk staff available for in-person assistance. If you plan to store your luggage after checking out, please be aware that bags must be retrieved before 10:30 PM, which can be inconvenient for travelers with late-night or midnight flights. Overall, the stay was manageable but had several inconveniences that might not suit all travelers. The self-service setup works best for those who prefer minimal interaction and are comfortable with limited on-site support.

The hotel located at zhongshan district which is not very in the central city district but there is convenience store 7-11a in front at the hotel and some restaurant ( duck meet) walking arround 13 minutes to zhongshan station MRT ; there is no staff in frontdesk when im arrived to check inn ; just a self service machine but smooth to use cause bilingual . The room is surprise me cause so large with many good fasility like bathub and modern Japanese flash fot the toilet ; but the television can't be use with a monocrome without clear channel • over all just good .

Walking distance to bus station but quite a distance to metro station, but it's very convenient to place for laundry and breakfast. There are several family marts and 7-11s which very near to the hotel.

Families room is super big and clean , but outside building look old

great place to stay. i would definitely come back again if i ever go to taipei. across the street has a good local dumpling shop too!
