The renovated second building is very clean, the room is spacious, and the lighting is ample. The bathroom facilities are complete. The location of the second building is convenient, and the staff's attitude is top-notch. I will definitely come again next time!

Close to the Airport MRT station, within walking distance. I had informed them of my arrival time in advance so they could prepare, and the staff were very friendly. It was Chinese New Year, otherwise I would have ordered Fuhang takeaway. It's a short walk to Ningxia Night Market, Zhongshan, and Taipei Main Station. Although the hotel is a bit old, I found it very clean and would stay here again.

The hotel is quite central and the room was spacious, but the soundproofing was a bit poor. In the morning, guests talking loudly caused a disturbance. Food items that had already been consumed in the room were not cleared away and remained there until new guests checked in.

The hotel is very close to the station, making transportation convenient. There are fast-food restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so buying daily necessities is not an issue. The room is well-equipped and even offers snacks, while cup noodles are available in the lobby. Overall, the room is decent, but it's a bit old and had a slight odor upon entry. It would be even better if breakfast were provided.

Good location. Convenient location. Lobby is well renovated and nice. Heard that they gonna renovate the rooms soon. Staff are friendly and polite. Will go back again.

Good, got upgraded room 😁 near station, free coffee , instant noodles and free laundry. Next visit will book this hotel again.

Highly recommended if you are after convenience and not luxury. I Location: It was rather confusing when I arrived at Taipei Main Station after taking the Taoyuan AirPort Express coz the recommended exit 2 was closed due to works. Discovered that following the sign to 京站QSquare and then escalator up to ground floor and out from the main entrance is very convenient and u can reach the hotel in 3mins. The hotel is 5mins walk to 四海豆浆Sihai Soy Milk. And the short walk to Taipei Main Station made joining Hop on Hop Off bus and other local tours super convenient. There is a 24hr Family Mart across the road, and a MacDonald and KFC across the other. Room: I opted for the windowless room and it offered me a good rest. Rem to request to be away from the lift if u r a light sleeper like me. Room size is decent for up to 2 pax with many hangers for clothes. Love the heated toilet seat when it’s cold. Pillows are too flat for my liking but tats personal preference. Service: Wonderful friendly service. One of the nights there was a power disruption and the staff arranged for a taxi to send me to their nearby branch 1 for the night. I Amenities: Love the pantry which offers biscuits and hot drinks. The free washer and dryer service (incl detergent powder and laundry net) are great!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Everything is within our expectations, as always (1)super strategic location, near to Taipei Main Station, and other restaurants and shopping places (2)the room is spacious, clean and equipped with free snacks and beverages. Besides that, the hotel offers common washing machine and dryer too. (3) the reception counter staff are super friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Special thanks for Cindy, Nancy and Jay for offering all the assistance needed during our stay. Kudos to the hotel for having such a great and committed team.

Within walking distance of Taipei main station for subway, high speed train, express subway to Taoyuan airport, all of which are very cost effective. No in house restaurant, but there are plenty near. Or if you want to be economical, you can buy something at one of the many near by convenience stores (7-11, Family Mart, etc) and use the microwave in the common area. There is also a coffee machine, a water dispenser, and a toaster oven in common area. Snacks, tea, and coffee in your room are included.

Location was good with night market a walking distance away

The hotel has a great location. The room was small but very clean and cozy, with everything I needed provided. I especially appreciated the ground floor pantry with free coffee and snacks, plus cup noodles available after 10pm. There’s also a free laundry room for guests to use, which was very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Hotel is super convenient. Just few minutes from Taipei railway station. It’s easy to explore Taipei like diva street, or bus to house. All are easy to access. Hotel staff is young and friendly and very helpful too. It is worthy to stay there if you want to explore Taipei.

The location is incredibly convenient, situated just a five-minute walk from Taipei Main Station. While the room was a tad small, it was still comfortable and perfectly functional for my needs. Housekeeping is top-notch; the place was spotless without a speck of dust. However, the soundproofing leaves something to be desired. It blocks out general noise, but the walls are thin enough that you can hear neighbors if they are loud. Unfortunately, I could hear the couple next door being quite intimate, which made for a rather awkward experience.

The hotel's facilities, service, cleanliness, and location are all good, but the soundproofing is a bit lacking.
