The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable bedding, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches such as a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The hotel’s location is excellent, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to Taipei’s attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I appreciated the peaceful ambiance despite being in a lively area. The hotel also offers convenient facilities like a fitness center and a cozy lounge. Overall, OOD Hotel Taipei provided a perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers seeking quality accommodation in Taipei.

Close to family mart . Hotel has staff at reception all time which is good . Ground floor has coffee machine and water dispenser. Each room provides 2 bottles of water Bathroom has bath tub and shower facilities. Each person has $ 80 Taiwan dollars to use in family mart . Basic amenities according to Taiwan policy

The front desk staff were quite friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was just okay; there was long hair on the sink, and the floor wasn't swept properly, with lint visible. Don't ask for proof, I didn't take pictures, but there's no point in deliberately badmouthing them. Facilities were basic, but the business room was usable. The main advantage is its convenient access to the subway. The outsourced breakfast's peanut butter and meat patty sandwich was good. For the first two days, we got one meal voucher per room, but on the third day, we received two, which was great as we could try the turnip cake stir-fried with rice cakes. But I wonder why the standard changed.

I was satisfied with the location, bathroom facilities, and front desk service! It was conveniently located two stations from Taipei Dome. The room was a little small, so there wasn't enough space to open my suitcase. I'd definitely stay here again!

This hotel boasts a very contemporary design, and the rooms are decorated with great attention to detail. It's centrally located with direct access to the metro (5 min) and bus. Just two more metro stations will connect you to the HSR and Airport TSR at the Main Station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were also very flexible and accommodating when we requested a room change. The only minor downside is the very small gym and the lack of a pool – especially when compared to other 'players' in Taipei. We stayed there for a total of 7 days across two separate visits and would happily return anytime.

This hotel location is good. 3 mins from Zhongxiao fuxing and 5 min from Daan MRT. It is convience going anywhere. Room was big with all necessary. The bath room and rest room is separated. Bath room you may enjoy the view. Room also had a mini cd player which you can play your favourite music. Staffs are helpful and courteous during the self check in. 5th floor is the music lounge and reception which outside balcony is smoking area as this is non smoking property building. During the earthquake we experienced 7.0 and staffs are patient and help us excavate and update us once it is safe. Below the hotel is the taxes rest and cafe restaurant which you can take breakfast/lunch or dinner. Hotel beside is the police station which is safe for staying. Recommend to stay this hotel . I sincerely thanks for the hotel staffs of the good job. Well done!

A genuinely fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right next to the metro entrance, making everything in Taipei easily reachable. The quality was excellent; the room was clean, quiet, and offered a relaxing retreat. The staff were also wonderfully helpful—truly attentive and professional from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

The double family room is really too small for a family. Maybe it works if you only have 1 luggage per person but there isn’t enough room. The bathroom floods no matter which way you try to shower because the tub tiles are sloped to drain water towards the floor drain. Also, the staff are stingy with toilet paper and amenities. There isn’t even hand soap which is digusting after COVID. The air conditioner is loud but it actually makes no sense because I would wake up sweating from how thick the comforter is. The whole hotel is designed very strangely. The location is great and the breakfast is good. That’s about it.
