Budget hotel at Zhong Xiao Dunhua area. Easy access location, subway station just 3-5 min walk away, many eateries and convenient stores around just few steps away from the hotel. No breakfast service but there are snacks and soft drinks provided at reception area. Stayed for 5 nights, nothing fancy and served well for my trip in Taipei.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Gracery Taipei during my recent trip. The location is truly unbeatable—being right next to the Taipei Main Station area made it so easy to get around the city, and the access to the Airport MRT made my arrival and departure completely stress-free. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I especially appreciated how quiet and well-maintained the hotel is, despite being in such a bustling part of the city. The staff were professional and helpful, and the proximity to plenty of shopping, food options, and transport links is a huge plus. Whether you are in Taipei for business or leisure, this hotel is a solid, reliable, and convenient choice. I would definitely stay here again.

i love how very accessible the hotel is, its already beside the train station. they’re also friendly and made us check in a little early than the said time. mentioning i got it for a cheap price! i expected that itll be loud cause they gave us earplugs will definitely book again when i go back to taiwan again :)

The room was quite comfortable, and it's really close to the subway, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it, and the price is quite reasonable too. Just be aware that it might be a bit more expensive on weekends, probably due to its location.

I initially chose this hotel primarily for its location, as it’s close to nearby friends and conveniently situated right on the MRT Blue Line. I wasn’t focused on amenities or extra services, and while my first impressions upon arrival were fairly low, I grew to appreciate the areas where this property really shines over the course of my stay. First, it’s important to understand that this is not a traditional hotel. It lacks several common amenities—there’s no breakfast, no pool, no gym, and not even a standard lobby. However, what it does offer is exceptional location and walkability. It’s surrounded by great restaurants, local shops, and plenty of nearby entertainment. Most hotspots in the area are within walking distance, making it ideal for travelers who prioritize convenience and accessibility. I would recommend this place for solo travelers, couples without kids, and especially those under 178 cm (＜5'11), as the room ceilings are on the lower side. A few things to keep in mind: - Hot water can be inconsistent. Sometimes it heats instantly; other times it takes awhile. - Rooms with windows may have privacy issues. There was rooftop work being done next door during the day, and the untinted windows mean privacy curtains are essential at times. - Cleanliness is acceptable - It's moreso the fixtures, flooring, wall paper, etc. that needs upgrades. Clean, but has signs of wear and tear. - Bedding & towels: Beds are firm and linens comfortable. Only bath towels are provided, and they’re a bit rough—no hand or face towels. Overall, I would stay here again. For solo travelers, kid-free couples, and anyone primarily looking for a simple room, a hot shower, and a quiet place to rest, this property works well. The location is hard to beat, and for budget-conscious travelers, it’s definitely worth considering.

Six-star recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, making for a truly wonderful stay. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless, and the bathrobes smelled lovely! 2. The front desk service was excellent; they helped us with taxis and restaurant reservations. Everyone's service was top-notch, especially the barista at the cafe. The coffee is delicious, so definitely give it a try if you stay here! ☕ I had the hot Americano, and I ordered about five or six cups from check-in to check-out. 😂 I usually grind my own beans at home, so I have pretty high standards for coffee. 3. The location is superb. It's only a 10-minute walk to Sogo, so no need for a taxi. There are plenty of great restaurants, bubble tea shops, and convenience stores nearby. 4. The price is very reasonable. Considering the service level, cleanliness, excellent location, and overall experience, this hotel offers great value compared to others. I highly recommend it! This stay was truly superb. 😋

Extremely satisfied! The subway station is just a few steps away, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it wasn't too noisy at night.

My second stay here! This time, I booked a twin room. The room size was perfect for two people. The staff were still incredibly helpful and welcoming. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! 😘

Spacious room. No window, sure, but excellent value for money. Close to the metro. The lack of a window made me hesitate at first, but you get used to it. And after all, you don't spend all day there, you just sleep.

I had such a great experience here. My flight landed at 6:00 AM, so I showed up at the hotel way before check-in time. Even though the room wasn't ready yet, the staff were so sweet and helpful. They handled my pre-check-in and tucked my bags away safely so I could head out and explore. When I got back at 3:00 PM, everything was ready—my key card was waiting, and my luggage had already been sent up to my room. So smooth and hassle-free! The location is also a total 10/10. It’s right near Exit 3 of Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The room itself was super spacious, clean, and honestly just really comfy. Just a quick heads-up though: I didn't see a toothbrush or toothpaste kit in the room, so you might want to bring your own. But seriously, everything else was spot on. Highly recommend this spot for your next Taipei trip!
