The service was friendly and helpful, although there is still a little room for improvement. Facilities were decent and met my needs during the stay. Less than a two-minute walk from Shilin MRT, but there's no elevator, so you have to climb three flights of stairs. Not very friendly if you have luggage. I had two single beds, which were just okay. I stayed for seven days, and no one cleaned the room. They charge extra for cleaning service. It's self check-in with a keyless entry system. You need to contact them via LINE for inquiries, and if you don't have it, you have to use email, which is a bit inconvenient, especially for older people. Overall, the price is cheap, so it's acceptable.
