Clearly, their approach to hospitality needs significant improvement, especially considering the room rate during the Qingming Festival holiday was a third higher than on regular weekends. Breakfast was another major letdown. There was no buffet; instead, guests were given 10 RMB to eat at a Chee Cheong Fun shop next door. The front desk didn't even bother to issue breakfast vouchers. That's usually a key strategy for encouraging guests to leave positive reviews on platforms, which seems to have been overlooked here.
