Gentury Boutique Hotel（Taishan Commercial City Pedestrian Street Store) Store）

The hotel boasts a classic and elegant style, with spacious and bright rooms and very comfortable, soft beds. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the shopping mall and pedestrian street, making it convenient for travel. The service was attentive, and the overall stay was perfect. I'd definitely stay here again!

Compared to other hotels in Taishan, this hotel offers good value for money. Although it's been around for a while, it doesn't feel dated. I would suggest improving the variety and quality of the breakfast, and the room service would be even more satisfactory if the initiative of the staff could be enhanced.

The room and bathroom were slightly larger than those in chain hotels. The air conditioner was noisy, and I could hear it all night. The shower water pressure was low. The hotel only had one elevator, which was slow and made noise when it opened. The breakfast selection was limited.

Ms. Luo at the front desk was very enthusiastic, patient and responsive. The hotel environment was also very good and it was very comfortable to stay there.

The hotel was comfortable; I especially loved its solid wood floors. The staff were friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Mr. Chen and Ms. Yang for their kind assistance. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Taicheng.

Ms. Xu at the front desk was friendly, parking was convenient, check-in was quick, the room was quite comfortable, the price was reasonable, the environment was nice, and the room was clean. The breakfast was insufficient; I hope this can be improved. When I arrived at 8:50, several breakfast items were empty.

Good hygiene, environmental facilities and services

The service was terrible; the staff were rude; the hotel's self-service system needs improvement; and after check-out, no one at the front desk handled the issue until I contacted them after being charged for exceeding the time limit.

The front desk manager Luo has a good attitude. It is the first choice for business trips. We are all old customers. The environment is still good and the location of the hotel is easy to find.
