I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the "All-China National Games", specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making.
Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, "We don't do laundry for customers." Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, "We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days." This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

I enjoyed staying at Boyue International Hotel very much. The hotel room is new with well equipped state of the art in room AI voice control butler assistance, smart bidet toilet, free in house washing machine and drying facilities. Love the peaceful settings of the hotel. Will return stay when I’m in Taishan, Guangdong again.

The hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

Good value for money and the location is great. The hotel includes full size Chinese restaurant which is great for hosting large events. Only issue is that because there’s so many rooms, you need more to wait for lifts.

The room is pretty good and comfortable but one thing need to improved is the shower area need to change it so the water won't overflow onto the toilet area.
