GGuest UserIt was a little confusing where the front desk was at first, as I wasn’t able to locate the hotel name anywhere in the building. I guess there was some sort of agreement made with the front desk on the 15th floor (under a different hotel name), as they were able to check me in.
Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy, and location was great - right next to a giant mall with many restaurants and arcades inside.
Though I ran into a sketchy looking man in the elevator who didn’t seem to have a fob? And they just followed me off when it was my floor. It was concerning and I didn’t see any security guards in the building during my stay.

It uses a small part of the classroom to be converted into a house, so there are many places to take pictures. The facilities in the room and bathroom are not very advanced but enough. The family rooms are made into small attic.

It offers great value for money, and it's right next to a large shopping mall. I'd definitely recommend it to other friends. Just a heads-up, if you're driving, the parking is shared with the mall, so it can get a bit crowded on holidays. The breakfast was rich and varied too!

It featured a smart toilet and intelligent lighting controls. The check-in lobby offered an afternoon tea set with exquisite dim sum and a variety of drinks, plus a play area for children. The buffet supper had a wide selection, which was perfect as we came back from watching the fireworks that evening and enjoyed a complimentary supper directly at the hotel. The hotel is located in a bustling city area, making our trip with elderly parents and children very convenient and comfortable.

The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and all the amenities were complete and functional. The hotel environment was quiet with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful rest. Downstairs, there's a mall, making dining and shopping super convenient, and transportation was also easy. The service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they paid attention to thoughtful details. Overall, it was a perfect experience with great value for money. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is also new. When the air conditioner is turned on, it is still cold enough on hot days.
The bed is big and comfortable
Soundproofing means you can't hear the traffic on the road outside the window
Curtains are good for blocking out the light so you can sleep peacefully
The laundry room has only one washing and drying unit.
Go to the back alley and there is a table tennis table.
There are also parking spaces in the open space in front of the hotel.
The entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow.

My sister stayed here many years ago in 2018 & recommended this place for myself & my cousins so that we can visit our family village which was 29 minutes away. We had an entire room for our shower & love the private bathroom! The front desk went out of our way to assist. The breakfast was plentiful & amazing!
Unfortunately I was sick in bed for 2 days, & the house maid quietly came in & emptied our 2 garbage cans & left us fresh towels while I was laying in bed. She may have cleaned our toilet also.
I already have recommended this place to my friends .

The bedding was so comfortable. The front desk lady was super-efficient with the check-in and her service was warm and thoughtful. It's really great value for money. Plus, there's a large shopping mall right next door and free parking – just show your parking ticket at the front desk when you leave. My stay here was incredibly pleasant!

LLikkiIt is a good place to organize a family trip. There are many facilities. We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and didn't go out, so we didn't feel bored. There is a card to pick up the card, and there is a large swimming pool to swim. The housekeeper Xiao Jiang is very attentive and the breakfast is delicious!

TTiChattonThe location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.
