Master Bear Resort

The resort grounds are very well-maintained. Although the facilities are a bit old, the staff are all very friendly. If transportation were more convenient, I believe it would attract a more consistent flow of visitors, and staffing and facilities would also be more abundant and comprehensive. It's a pretty good place for a relaxing getaway.

It's a somewhat secluded mountain resort, but the space is very spacious and shows signs of its former glory. However, the facilities are now outdated. It's still a good choice for families with a large group, and the price is quite reasonable. There's a swimming pool, and it's not too noisy for others. Overall, the experience was good, and the scenery in the morning was beautiful. The service was friendly and courteous.

The staff were all smiling, which made me feel good! The breakfast was also very varied! It's a pity I gave such a review. The room was generally clean, but there was a musty smell, probably from the mountainside. There was a lot of hair on the sofa that hadn't been cleaned. The children's play equipment was old and overgrown with weeds. The swimming pool, which I was most looking forward to, didn't look very clean, so I didn't dare let my child swim. It's clear that it was once a scenic spot. It's very tranquil. There's ping pong, karaoke, billiards, a sandpit, balance bikes, and a slide for children. Bring mosquito repellent!! There are small black mosquitoes everywhere.

The staff were very kind and let us put our luggage in the cabin first. They also told us we could park our motorcycle next to the cabin, as long as it didn't block the way. Seeing that our luggage was quite large, they arranged for us to have a room on the first floor, so we didn't have to climb stairs. The cabin had plenty of bottled water, and there were enough large towels for two nights. What surprised us most was the excellent air conditioning, a huge plus for us as we are sensitive to heat! The breakfast selection was quite good for the relatively quiet location, and eating it reminded us of our grandmother's porridge from our childhood, which brought back fond memories.

There was a lingering smell upon entering the room, and the overall facilities were old.

The park has a large hinterland and beautiful scenery, which shows the intention of the early planning. Unfortunately, the building is old or poorly maintained due to lack of manpower. The reception staff were kind, but there was no one at the service center after 6 pm until check-out the next morning. There was free karaoke, so we could sing until 10pm, but the playlist was very old. We sang until a little after 9pm that night, but for some unknown reason, the machine suddenly stopped.

Very bad. I booked for 2 nights, but I was scared away after staying for 1 night. I didn’t get a refund. It was very remote. I didn’t have anything to eat at night. Fortunately, I brought cup noodles. The room was old and there were bugs on the bed. I couldn’t sleep well. The breakfast was very greasy. , only one plate of food for 5 people, 1 pancake and pancake for 1 person, not hot and greasy, not suitable for tourism, no scenery, no food, no fun
