Every single staff member, from the front desk and lobby attendants to the housekeepers, restaurant servers, and activity staff, was incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with any issues or questions I had. They never showed any impatience. A huge thank you! 🙏

Had a fantastic experience! We really enjoyed the hotel's public pools, which offered a variety of temperatures. The 28-degree section was perfect for swimming. The in-room hot springs were also incredibly relaxing; the water stayed warm much longer than regular water. Plus, there were plenty of activities happening in the hotel lobby.

Very disappointing stay. Century Hotel feels extremely outdated. The building and facilities are old, and the room had a noticeable musty, moldy smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was very average, with limited options and nothing memorable. The worst part was the laundry facilities on the roof floor. They are by far the worst hotel laundry machines I have ever used. The washing machine was faulty and did not spin properly, leaving clothes soaking wet. The dryer was even worse — even on high heat, I had to run it four times just to get my clothes fully dry. The machines look like they are from the last century. I honestly cannot understand how a hotel can allow its facilities to deteriorate to this level. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not worth the stay.

The location and facilities are great; I'd definitely come back for another vacation. It's better to buy things at the convenience store outside before checking in, as there isn't much available for purchase inside the hotel.
