Meilan Light Luxury Hotel (Taiyuan Changsheng Wanda Tongda Street Subway Station)

Not bad at all, great for both business trips and leisure. The environment is really good. [Travel with peace of mind] Free shuttle service to Taiyuan South Station or Wusu Airport. They also offer a delicious breakfast. The cleaning staff are very kind. I recommend everyone to give it a try!

The room was good, but breakfast was especially bad. Facilities: Alright. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Very convenient. Service: Good attitude.

The room and facilities were decent. I chose this hotel specifically because they advertised a free shuttle service to the airport/high-speed rail station, but then they told me my departure time didn't work out for the shuttle. That was a bit disappointing.

Stayed at Meilan Light Luxury in Taiyuan and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was! The room was new and clean, and the smart controls for the lights and curtains were super convenient. The mattress was also really soft. It's close to both the subway and the airport, making travel incredibly easy, and the breakfast was substantial. It's really great value for money for business trips or travel. I'll definitely be back!

Overall, a great experience! 1. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the room manager, were all incredibly warm, responsive, and professional – exactly what you'd expect from a major hotel brand. 2. The location is excellent. It's not too far from the main attractions but still in a bustling area, making dining and shopping super convenient. 3. We received a complimentary bottle of red wine upon arrival, and there were free drinks, coffee, and bottled water available for self-service, which was a lovely touch. It immediately made us feel relaxed and at ease as soon as we entered the hotel. 4. Parking was also quite convenient. While spots were a bit tight, we managed to find one both times we parked, which is pretty good for a city center location. My only minor suggestion would be for clearer signage. The first time we arrived, the navigation took us directly to the exit, and we couldn't get in until a kind passerby pointed us in the right direction.

I had a very satisfying stay. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the facilities were complete and functioned perfectly. The staff were friendly and responded promptly to any requests. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining, shopping, and other amenities. The environment was cozy and comfortable, and the value for money exceeded my expectations. It was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.

The service was very poor. I had already walked into the lobby. The person at the front desk was still sitting and playing with his mobile phone. The person who checked in at midnight arranged a wedding room next door to me. Is it a bit professional? I was so noisy by the wedding people in the early morning and made all kinds of phone calls. Perfunctory.

衞生環境設施都很中規中矩，在這長住了幾個月。但是發生了非常不愉快的經歷，在電梯裏遇見了這個工作人員，伸手就要扒開我的嬰兒車看我的孩子，我的孩子才滿月，處於免疫力低的狀態。我禮貌的説，我們還沒打疫苗，不方便看，她還沖我翻了個白眼説：不看，非常沒有邊界感。 用權益換了兩份早餐，廚房工作人員自己沒弄明白就來質問我們。問了前台確定是23日入住，兑換了24日，25日的早餐。好像我們多愛佔便宜似的。希望多加強員工培訓吧。
