I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. Whenever I needed something, the staff were there immediately.

The location is good; it's not far to get to Jinci Temple by Didi (ride-hailing service). It's very close to the Shanxi Museum, within walking distance. The breakfast was decent. The room's air conditioner was really noisy; it would be on and off, making it hard to sleep (I have poor sleep quality). The front desk staff weren't very welcoming during check-in. But overall, I'm satisfied.

The bedding was comfortable and the room design was reasonable, but the room had a noticeable smell of new renovations, and the facilities were generally unacceptable. Despite being advertised as a hotel built in 2025, the toilet sliding door was difficult to open, the bathroom sliding door did not close properly, the TV signal was poor and frequently froze and could not be projected, and the air conditioner made strange noises. It was simply impossible to associate this with the quality of a five-star hotel.

The room is very comfortable. It has a river view. It is very convenient to go to Shanxi Museum. The hotel parking is also very convenient. It is very convenient. Especially the service attitude is super good.

First of all, the service is not good. The front desk is listless and no smile The waiter I met in the corridor didn't greet me, but the cleaning lady did. Also, be careful when opening the refrigerator! I was too close to the cabinet and my hand got scratched and turned red. Breakfast was even worse! Closed at 10pm. Arrived at 9:40am. Almost everything was cold. The food was average and the waiter cleared the plates at 10 o’clock. Overall, poor stay experience
