Yuehang Zhenhua Hotel (Taiyuan Wusu Airport South Railway Station)

I wanted a hotel near the International airport but I did not know the hotel neighbourhood is not in a good area. Rather a let down. The reception staff does not have a welcoming look. The hotel advertised luggage storage. But when l asked for it, the reception staff did NOT know where to store my suitcase for the few days I was going to visit PingYao. At 8:30 AM, there was NO one at the reception to put away my luggage! Finally the Driver uncle put my luggage in the Staff KITCHEN!! If the hotel has no storage room for travellers luggage, then they should NOT advertise that. The hotel towels look off white. The water from the shower leaks through the sliding glass door onto the toilet area. Worse, the shower head is installed too high and at the same time, it CANNOT be adjusted at angles. This means the shower water spray shoots above and straight across (instead of at a downwards angle). So one has no choice but to hold the shower head with one hand while showering. The locations of the shower gel and shampoo, as well as the towels are also incorrectly placed. The soap gel and shampoo should be nearer the shower, not far away from the person showering. The location of the towels means there is a tendency for them to get damp or wet. These are practical points when planning a Service Industry.
