Everything was satisfactory across the board – the facilities, cleanliness, and service were all great. It was my first time visiting Taiyuan with my child. However, I'm not sure why my room on the top floor was so incredibly hot. I barely slept a wink all night. Logically, it shouldn't be this warm at this time of year, but the room was undeniably stuffy. The front desk mentioned that the air conditioning isn't available during this season. My child was quite fussy due to the heat, but the hotel was very accommodating and brought us a fan. I had initially booked for two nights but ended up checking out a day early. Still, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

On this trip to Taiyuan, I once again chose the Hilton Garden Inn brand, and overall, it was quite good. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are comprehensive. I booked a king room, which had a closed, spacious balcony with excellent natural light. There's parking available right in front of the hotel, and you can also park on the third basement level, which is connected to the mall. The main issue was that, probably because it was a holiday today, the breakfast staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. It felt like they were understaffed, as tables were cleaned very slowly, and we had to wait quite a while to eat breakfast. I hope they can add more staff to handle peak holiday periods. Overall, it's still quite good. The biggest draw of choosing Hilton Garden Inn is the free coffee for guests, which is a nice perk.

We arrived late at night, and the hotel upgraded our room, which was incredibly kind of them. Having a sofa bed meant we didn't have to squeeze, and we had a really good rest these past few days. Downstairs, there's a mall with plenty of food and drink options, and a subway station is also very close by. The hotel breakfast was good too, and the staff were all very nice!

The Hampton by Hilton Taiyuan is perfect for business travelers! The location is superb, with a subway entrance right downstairs that takes you directly to the commercial district. The rooms are spacious and smart, with comfortable Serta mattresses for a great night's sleep. The microwave and fridge are super convenient. The 24-hour gym and laundry room are a thoughtful touch. The service is warm and efficient, breakfast is plentiful, and the high-floor views are fantastic. It's clean, comfortable, and well-equipped – making business trips worry-free and pleasant. Highly recommend! Just a heads-up, after pre-communicating, some rooms can be quite noisy with low-frequency road noise.

The room's cleanliness was generally satisfactory, and the price was reasonable. The water quality wasn't great – I'm not sure if it's a general issue in Taiyuan, but it felt slippery when showering, like I couldn't get fully clean. On the plus side, breakfast was plentiful.

The facilities are brand new! Clean, hygienic, and very trendy! I love the modern vibe. The hotel is connected to a mall, which makes dining super convenient. The staff are all great! 👍 Most importantly, it's pet-friendly, so my little one could join us. Hilton's quality is guaranteed, and the breakfast was excellent too! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taiyuan!

The location is excellent, right next to the subway entrance. Our room was on a high floor, offering a great view. The breakfast during the Chinese New Year period was also quite good. It's very convenient that you can walk directly from the hotel to the mall when it's open.
