Stayed in the hotel in September 2025 for four nights. Room was modern and had an open concept design. Hot water and WiFi worked well, and cleaning was done very well. Buffet had good spread of mainly Shanxi local delicacies. I must especially praise the restaurant service staff, especially 杨杨, for being so accommodating, friendly, and personable. On my first day with breakfast, 杨杨, personally explained the different food options to me and made sure all of my needs were cared for. She was exceptionally bubbly and approachable, and was not only the highlight of the hotel, but gave me one of the best services of any accommodation across the world. Regarding location, the hotel was located around 10-15 minutes by taxi from the main high-speed rail station. The only critique I would note is that the air-conditioning in the room was somewhat weak. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and excellent service, and I am happy to stay again.

The room is big.The location is okay.The hotel staff are okay.The full-board meals are just left over food from breakfast.It's only one dish and rice.The food for lunch and dinner is leftover food which not eaten.It's so cold and tasteless.No hot tea or drinks are given.The cooks are not friendly.There is only one elevator which is not convenient when you are in a rush. 房间很大。地点没问题。酒店的员工都很好。全餐是早餐剩下的食物。只有一道菜和米饭。午餐和晚餐的食物是没有吃完的剩饭。又冷又无味。不提供热茶或饮料。厨师们不友好 只有一部电梯，当你赶时间的时候不方便

The hotel is conveniently located at a road junction. To reach the front desk, you need to take the elevator to the 13th floor. However, there were no clear signs or directions in the ground-floor lobby, leaving us confused and thinking we had gone the wrong way until we ran out to ask security. The room was spotless and clean. The front desk staff mentioned that meals were available, but I didn't try them due to time constraints.
