Hyatt Place Taiyuan South Station

Stayed at the Hyatt Place Taiyuan and even though the hotel is five years old, it's still really good overall. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable – I slept soundly all night. The front desk service was excellent; they thoughtfully helped me arrange a car to the airport, which made me feel much more at ease in a new city. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both the South Station and the airport, which is perfect for business travelers. No need to worry about traffic jams messing up your schedule.

Staying at the Hyatt Place Longcheng this time was a pleasant surprise! The location is excellent, conveniently close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station, and the surrounding amenities are very complete. The hotel's service is exceptional; every time I visit, they upgrade my room, which I really appreciate. The service truly is top-notch, and I'd gladly choose this hotel again for my next trip. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable! It's clear that the housekeeping staff pays great attention to detail. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was very well done, the water pressure was strong and steady, and the hot water came quickly, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The shower floor also had effective anti-slip treatment, making it very safe.

The hotel environment is pretty good. The location is excellent, quite close to the South Station airport, and also very near to my company's office, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patient, helping us find the best price channel. They answered all our questions with great patience. Although the weather in Taiyuan has been very cold recently, the room temperature was wonderfully warm, and the bedding was very comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast was also very abundant with many choices. Of course, I have to recommend Shanxi's noodles!
