Its location is superb, right on Yingze Street, offering convenient transportation and walking distance to popular check-in spots. Taiyuan University of Technology is also nearby, and restaurants like Haidilao are all nearby, making it convenient for dining, drinking, and entertainment. Free parking is available in the courtyard, making it incredibly convenient and safe! The hotel lobby exudes a vibrant artistic atmosphere upon entering, with a rich design and a wide selection of free books available—perfect for readers. The environment is truly amazing! As for breakfast, the buffet boasts a wide variety of delicious dishes, especially the desserts—I absolutely loved them. The dining environment is also incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect choice for both gatherings with friends and business meetings. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and yoga mats, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine while on a business trip. What a thoughtful touch. Finally, the front desk lady was fantastic, attentive and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, the hotel's facilities and service are excellent. Due to a problem with the air conditioning in our room, the hotel offered a room change the next day. Overall, the stay was quite good. It's close to Yingze Street and the Shanxi Museum, and not far from Fenhe Park either, making it a great place to enjoy the night view.

The front desk service is very good. The lady is very considerate and any problems are solved promptly. The sanitation is very clean, the lobby is bright, and it is very close to the subway. I had a great time visiting Taiyuan this time. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance. 😄

This hotel's management is abysmal. A hotel employee leaked my personal information while employed, shared my phone number with a friend, and sexually harassed me a few days ago. The hotel manager kept passing the buck, saying it was a personal matter and had nothing to do with the hotel. But I'm trying to say, "The leak happened while employed, so it has nothing to do with the hotel." The manager only offered to give me a free night. Think about it, how could I continue staying here after my information was leaked? Isn't he afraid of retaliation? After the manager learned I was asking for room compensation, he stopped communicating and called the police.

Do you think the customers owe you that? 3. I paid extra for an upgraded room during my stay, and the front desk agreed to bring my luggage up. I didn't intend to bother the staff and was going to get it myself, but the staff insisted on helping. After waiting in the room for more than ten minutes, my luggage was still not brought up, so I went downstairs to get it myself. Are they cheating customers? 4. The hotel's breakfast is very simple, very ordinary, and doesn't look fresh. How can such a hotel be rated four stars? This was my first time staying at Manxin. If your hotel was not close to the University of Science and Technology, I would never have booked it with you. I advise everyone not to book their hotel. Don't ruin your travel mood.

I originally booked a deluxe room, but the construction was so annoying that the ceiling started shaking, and it lasted until after 9pm. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I changed rooms... The cleaning of this room is really terrible... The previous guest's towel was still on the door, and the table was covered in hair and dust.
