The sanitation is very good, and the cleaning on the day of check-in and in between is very good. The breakfast is not five-star and lacks richness, especially for children, there is not enough to eat. The buffet restaurant is not open before the 15th day of the first ***** month, and there are no good restaurants around the hotel, so the dining aspect is a bit lacking. However, the dishes served in the Chinese restaurant are up to the standards of a luxury hotel and taste very good. The room TV cannot be connected to the screen. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom are very stable, which is great for a hotel located on a 15-story building. The toilet room is completely independent and not separated by glass. There is a sink outside the shower room and also in the toilet room, making it very convenient for families to stay in.

I assumed that being a Hilton would be more reliable, but I was quite dissatisfied, mainly due to the following reasons: 1. The Hui Ting Hotel targets long-stay guests, so providing a microwave, refrigerator, dish soap, and even tableware is a good thing. However, the microwave was broken when we used it. The start button had apparently been pressed too many times to work, rendering it unusable. We excitedly bought some groceries at the supermarket to heat up for dinner in our room, but couldn't, and ended up eating cold food. 2. The hotel has over 30 floors, with the lobby on the second floor, the laundry room and gym on the 28th floor, and the parking garage on B3. However, the hotel only has two elevators, and one was under repair when we arrived. Going up and down is a very complicated process, and waiting 10 minutes for an elevator during peak hours is common. 3. The parking lot is shared with the shopping mall. While there are signs indicating ”hotel-only” parking spaces, anyone can park there. The key issue is that the mall parking lot entrance is cramped, narrow, and busy; you definitely won't want to enter or exit during peak hours. The breakfast was fairly plentiful. I understand that the hotel kept calling after check-out to add me on WeChat and ask for a good review, but they weren't as enthusiastic during check-in. When I left in the morning, I wanted to take a cup of coffee to go from the lobby, but the cup and lid didn't match, so I couldn't pack it. We were originally planning to stay in Taiyuan for several nights, but thankfully we only booked this hotel for one night to check it out first. We checked out immediately after one night and went to another hotel. It's also under the Hilton brand, but it's closer to the city center and very convenient, with larger rooms, better facilities, and a lower price. So, everyone should compare and see which one you can choose. There are many options at the same price point.
