The room is clean and the service is good. I will choose here in the future. There is also a restaurant downstairs. There are many meals around. It is very convenient to eat. The transportation is also convenient. You can park for free.

The location is excellent, right next to the subway, making it incredibly convenient to get around. It was also nice to be able to take an evening stroll around Yingze Park.
However, the hotel itself was quite mediocre. The rooms felt stuffy and lacked proper ventilation, and the overpowering artificial scent in the lobby was very off-putting.
During my two-day stay, the used towels weren't replaced after the first night. The complimentary water was also just haphazardly placed on the table. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the service felt quite inconsistent and unprofessional.
I do appreciate that they proactively contacted me about an item I left behind and assisted with shipping it back.
