Sheraton Taizhou Hotel

This is the most convenient place to stay when visiting Huangyan Grottoes. My wife and I barely slept last night; we just couldn't understand how the room could be so stuffy and hot. If we opened the window, the blaring horns and traffic noise were unbearable [laughing crying emoji]. The main issue was that the room's air conditioning didn't allow us to adjust between hot and cold independently. Despite that, the hotel service was very good, and breakfast was nice.

Staying at the Sheraton was a truly delightful experience. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always proactive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were excellent, the bedding was comfortable, and everything was spotless with great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive, fresh, and delicious. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The environment is great, and the service is excellent. The facilities are well-equipped, and the pool is very clean. Breakfast is also decent, and there's a parking lot which is convenient for self-driving. The hotel is located in Huangyan, and it's considered one of the best hotels in this district.

Our overall experience during this stay was fantastic, and I really have to commend the hotel's service! When we first checked in, we were given a room at the very end of the hall, and the bedside lamp had a small issue. We called to report it, and the staff responded incredibly quickly, helping us sort it out right away. Actually, during our booking communication, we had only mentioned wanting two rooms on the same floor and close to each other. I felt like the hotel really valued our feedback; they contacted the front desk immediately and quickly moved us to a new room. The new room's location and facilities are perfect, and we're enjoying our stay very much now. Special shout-out to Li Weizheng, who helped me with my luggage at checkout and even gave us a souvenir.

Traveling with my parents, the hotel is a 20-minute taxi ride from Taizhou West Station. The hotel service is very considerate, with a dedicated person to assist us. The facilities are new, and the river view room is beautiful. Although the breakfast selection isn't the largest, they offer various freshly squeezed juices and surprisingly, freshly baked sweet potatoes. The hotel's Chinese restaurant serves delicious roast pigeon and pan-fried hairtail.

Seriously speechless about this stay. After checking into the room, I kept feeling a cold draft, and the AC wasn't heating up properly. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to check it out. They said the window wasn't sealed tightly, but I could still feel the draft. Around 10 PM, they sent someone to fix the weatherstripping – I was completely speechless. I just sat there silently with my six-month-old baby. The hotel offered no apology whatsoever.
