Sheraton Taizhou Hotel

The hotel boasts an excellent environment with comprehensive facilities and great service. A staff member contacted us right after booking to confirm our check-in requirements. Since we had a child, they thoughtfully arranged kids' toothbrushes and slippers for us in advance, which was very considerate! The breakfast was also plentiful. We accidentally left something behind, and the hotel immediately arranged for it to be couriered to us. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Taizhou.

The hotel facilities are very new. We stayed in a river view room with a floor-to-ceiling window directly facing the Yongning River. The lobby bar has billiards and booths, offering both quiet and lively spaces, along with a gym and a kids' area that our children loved. The hotel is just a four or five-minute drive from many great restaurants and a bustling snack street. Honestly, staying at a Sheraton for this price is incredible value for money. A special shout-out to Winni for her warm and attentive service!

Jojo's service was incredibly attentive. Everything was perfectly arranged from check-in to check-out, and they were always ready to help with anything. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Here's the takeaway: excellent facilities, but just okay service – a bit of a shame overall. The hotel's public areas, rooms, and pool are very stylish and make for great photos. They've paid attention to the details too: bath salts, disposable bath liners, foot bath basins, multi-purpose charging cables, and wireless charging are all provided, making for a very convenient stay. However, breakfast was a real disappointment. The only highlight was the fresh-squeezed juice; everything else was mediocre. We came to Taizhou specifically for the local glutinous delicacies, and yet, despite egg mochi and other items being clearly advertised on a billboard above the restaurant, none were available when we asked. If they can't provide them, why advertise them and get people's hopes up? Service-wise, the cleaning staff and the pool receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff had a poker face throughout, which was a stark contrast to the warm environment and lowered our first impression. In summary: It's great for photos and relaxation, but don't come here expecting a fantastic breakfast or warm service. I'd suggest the hotel focus more on improving breakfast and staff training at the front desk; otherwise, even the best facilities won't be enough to build a good reputation.

The room was very clean. The park facilities were small, but still usable.

This Sheraton in Taizhou is great! The service is good, and the environment is nice. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is very convenient. The views are also excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch. Plus, there's a shopping complex right next door.

In Taizhou, I encountered this city's 'classic landmark.' From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the Sheraton's unique woody fragrance and warm lighting gently melted away my travel fatigue. It's not just about luxurious embellishments; it's about the meticulous attention to every detail—the spacious and comfortable 'Sweet Sleeper' bed, the flowing city skyline outside the window. This is truly my most comforting 'home away from home' in Taizhou.

On a business trip to Huangyan, I chose a hotel that opened two or three years ago. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including self-service freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, which was a pleasant surprise. They even made pastries shaped like cartoon characters, which would be very appealing to children staying there. Both the hotel service and room cleanliness were excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips.
