房間很温暖，不用開空調也不冷。房間打掃的很乾凈，有枱燈可以辦公，房間燈光很明亮。
環境吵，因為有婚宴，晚上走廊有小孩吵鬧，不隔音。馬路上車的聲音也很明顯。床鋪翻個身就會咯吱響。
