The service throughout my stay was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. My room was spotless, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the ventilation was excellent. The location is very convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. The e-sports hardware setup is top-notch, and the internet speed is stable and fast, making it perfect whether you're gaming with friends or just looking for a comfortable place to rest.

The room is new and clean, and the location is super convenient. It's right at the entrance of the underground parking lot of Baolong City, directly opposite Xiafu Old Street, and right across from the delicious Xingying Noodle Restaurant. The front desk lady had an excellent service attitude. Even though she was the only one working, she handled everything in an orderly manner. However, due to the limited staff, breakfast was pre-made with fewer options, which could be improved.

We booked the largest room, but due to a strong renovation smell, we asked to switch rooms. The staff on duty that day were very accommodating and quickly found us another room. However, they moved us to a cheaper room without proactively informing us, and we had to bring up the refund ourselves. This really shouldn't be the case, according to standard hotel policy! The renovation smell in the hotel is incredibly strong; the hallway was particularly bad. In the first room, I felt like my eyes couldn't even stay open. Even after changing rooms, we had to leave the balcony door open all night and use two air purifiers, which helped a bit, but I still woke up with allergy symptoms on my face. I want to offer some feedback to the owner: while making money is important, the health of your guests and staff is even more so, as is customer reputation after check-in. I didn't see a single plant in the entire hotel! I hope hotel management takes note of this.

The room boasts a huge floor-to-ceiling window with a wide and bright view, offering excellent natural light and stunning scenery. The interior is clean, tidy, comfortable, and elegant, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. I've stayed here many times and have always been very satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend it!

The smart bidet is comfortable and hygienic, and the automatic curtains are convenient. The smart design maximizes convenience. The cleanliness is impeccable. The room is spotless and odor-free, with even the corners meticulously maintained, making for a safe and comfortable stay. The service is a major plus. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and they even provide complimentary coffee in the morning – a fragrant and delicious way to start your day right. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, with high-end and practical facilities. The cleanliness and attentive service make it perfect for relaxation or a short rest. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

The new shop is clean and hygienic, conveniently located across the street from Jiaozhi Ancient Street. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly, patiently and meticulously answering all questions with a smile. When I bumped into the owner on my way out, he enthusiastically described all the delicious food. Parking is convenient and safe right outside the shop. Perfect for tourists!

一進大廳就能聞到淡淡的清香，氛圍感特別舒服。前台小姐姐禮貌温柔，辦理入住時耐心細緻，疑問都會認真解答。酒店正對面就是葭沚老街景區，這次恰巧遇上非遺送大暑船民俗活動，場面十分盛大熱鬧；緊鄰寶龍城商場，吃飯購物選擇超多，出行吃喝格外方便，地理位置絕佳，入住體驗超滿意！

酒店整體環境雅緻舒適，工作人員服務貼心周到，出行選址更是得天獨厚，地理位置十分優越。門店正對面就是老街景區，閑暇散步打卡逛古街十分方便；緊鄰寶龍城大型商場，各類餐飲美食、品牌購物一應俱全，日常出行交通也十分便捷順暢，不管是短途旅遊遊玩、逛街探店，還是商務出差暫住，這裏都是十分合適的選擇。

這家剛開業的電競酒店整體環境乾淨嶄新，裝修簡約大氣，通風良好沒有裝修異味。房間電競配置規格很高，主機、顯示器、外設都很頂，網速穩定流暢，玩大型遊戲絲滑不卡頓，空間佈局也很合理，性價比很不錯。
