Facilities: The air conditioning was extremely hot; I woke up several times in the middle of the night because of the heat. Customer service eventually provided a fan, but it was barely effective. Service: I made several phone calls to resolve the air conditioning issue, but the result was very poor; the temperature only dropped for a few hours at most. I will never come here again. This is definitely a terrible experience, the worst accommodation I've ever had while traveling!

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I'm extremely dissatisfied!!! I can't sleep at night because it's so hot! And when I asked the air conditioner, it couldn't be controlled by itself...unbelievable. There's either no airflow at night, or the air conditioner just keeps heating up!! I've complained several times, but it doesn't help at all; it doesn't solve the heat problem. How can I play anything if I can't sleep? I've completely lost my mood. Ugh...

**Decoration**: We emailed ahead of time to communicate our anniversary needs, and when we arrived at the store, we found flower petals on the bed, red wine, and handwritten greeting cards (pictured). - **Privacy**: The villa comes with a private hot spring bath, and the butler service is called by ringing the bell to avoid disturbance. - **Food**: Customized dinner for two (with menu), the chef can adjust the saltiness of the dishes according to your taste. - **Easter Egg**: A photo frame (with hotel logo carved in wood) will be given upon check-out, which will give you a full sense of ceremony!

When checking in, I gave two ID cards (mine and my son's) to the front desk and had photos taken. At 10 o'clock in the morning, I received a call from the front desk: Ask the people in your room to come down and register. I was shocked at the time. Didn't we register last night? The front desk clerk asked, didn’t someone just enter your room? When I said again that there was no room, the front desk clerk asked me to come and check it out later. I want to ask: I am a client, not a prisoner, do you understand? I repeatedly said that no third person entered my room, and you also asked my elder sister to come and see. Which eye did you see it with? Let me ask you? Have you at the front desk figured out the whole story and seen it clearly? Can you adjust the surveillance? Who on earth came into my room? Your hotel doesn't need to give an explanation, right?
