Crowne Plaza Taizhou

An established hotel, with consistently excellent service! Big thanks to all the hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant), especially Wu Wenwen, for upgrading us to an executive room on the 28th floor and for the two complimentary coffees at check-out. The Taizhou cuisine at the hotel's Chinese restaurant was incredibly delicious, and the service was absolutely outstanding 👍. Even past 11 PM, they offer a free late-night noodle bar. The restaurant staff were so welcoming and friendly, preparing noodles, wontons, and congee. Thank you everyone, it was a very pleasant trip!

The hotel's emergency response was excellent. A manager-like lady helped me with some issues, and I really felt the personalized service and care.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded my room. They also switched out my pillow for a memory foam one, just as I prefer. During my stay, they were always ready to assist with any requests and offered great recommendations for local attractions and dining. The complimentary late-night noodle bar was a highlight: the mini wontons and noodles were especially delicious.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the service is top-notch, and the environment is quite good. Throughout our stay, there was always someone to help with our luggage. They also gave small gifts to the kids, which made them very happy. The breakfast was excellent, especially the flying roti and ramen, which were delicious. The family room was decorated very warmly.

Located near Shili Changjie in Luqiao, I opted for a package that included a dinner buffet. The food selection was great, and there was a foreign singer performing, which really set a fantastic mood. They also offer a free late-night noodle bar every evening, which is so substantial it could easily be a full dinner. For those watching their calories, it offers excellent value for money.

The staff I encountered were all very nice, warm, and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, but the dinner buffet was not good. However, the room was incredibly noisy – the music from the public square dancing downstairs was deafening.

The hotel environment is fantastic, and the breakfast and late-night snacks are quite distinctive. It's very close to Luqiao Shili Changjie, and Wuyue Plaza is right downstairs, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
