Moon Hotel (Taizhou Jiaojiang Municipal Hospital)

Absolutely, unequivocally terrible. We got back to the hotel quite late after a concert on 9.12, and the front desk was so slow with check-in. Once we got upstairs, we found that for a 450 hotel room, it was pretty much on par with a 100-200 one. I know it was during a concert and on a weekend, so prices are bound to be higher, but it's far from the venue and the environment isn't great either, so the price was definitely excessive. Not to mention the basic facilities in the room were crude; there was even a leaky, rotten spot in the corner (I forgot to take a picture of that). The basic amenities weren't fully stocked either, so we had to call the front desk again. The room's soundproofing was also terrible. And then, thankfully, some of us were still awake when a huge cockroach suddenly appeared. We called the front desk expecting someone to come and deal with it, but instead, just an old man came and swept it away. The next day, when we went to give feedback to the hotel, we didn't get a good response at all, and they even asked for a positive review. That was completely unexpected.

Stayed at this hotel for Zhou Shen's concert. It was very clean and the service was excellent.

The room was clean and tidy. In the evening, the hotel even delivered some homemade mung bean soup to my room, which was delicious and very refreshing. They also provided a well-organized local travel guide, which was super comprehensive!

The hotel is excellent, very distinctive, clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. Parking is very convenient, and the breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly, and the soundproofing is great, making it very quiet. This time, they even upgraded our room for free. Thumbs up!
