The first time I booked a room on Trip.com , I was very satisfied. The room facilities were very good, very warm and comfortable, and the front desk service was very warm and satisfied. Beautiful, clean, and easy to find. I could climate control my room as hot as I liked, and the water waa boiling too. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for food, and plenty of banks for withdrawing cash. Receptionist was always helpful, patient and friendly. Only note for improvement would be noice cancelling - I could hear everything on the street below and in the hallway outside.
