Love the room floor space where i can do my morning stretch, and not to mention the long table space where I can do some read, work write facing the far off hills view with ample morning sunlight. Window can be opened, which is a bonus point. The front desk service team was splendid, polite and helpful, giving a pleasant feel whenever passing through the lobby on level 8 for change of elevator. Amenities were basic, tho good for me as I packed most of my own toiletries. Cleanliness can be improved nonetheless as i noted dust at corner walls. All else for a 3 star accommodation was good enough

The staff is very friendly and helpful . When I approached them first extra towel due to the one i was given is still wet, they gave me without question asked. Upon checked in, the staff helped me throughout the process.

Good breakfast, Japanese options were great. Room was clean and quiet. Laundry room only has 3 laundry machines, it can get crowded.

Highly recommend this hotel, located in the center of the city. It is clean, spacious. Lobby on 8/F, get car park discount.

a bit dusty on room all corner and very dusty on iron board and cable, staff not cleaning the bed head board, still have the used contact lens on it. noisy when staff tidy up the other rooms, but good location and convenience., overall ok

The location is great with lots of eatery and shops around.
Room is big enough for 2.
Checkin is in 8th floor and breakfast is located in 2nd floor of the mall.
