All I did was sleep, but the whole place felt new and clean, which was nice. The facilities were good, but it took a while to get hot water. Check-in and check-out are completed via tablet.
However, the attitude of the operator I contacted beforehand was not good. It was a shame.

The room was clean and well equipped. Kitchen paper, lead paper, wrap, etc. were also placed, which was very helpful. Amenities were also available, and it was good that it was close to the station!

Previously, when I stayed at rakuten stay in Kisarazu, it was very comfortable, so I stayed in Takasaki this time.
Located in a quiet residential area, I was able to relax.
It was a hot time, but all rooms had air conditioning, amenities and everything else, so there was nothing to worry about.
I will use it again.

沒有與Rakuten的系統串接好，導致我沒有辦法完成入住辦理及取得密碼，而且Rakuten端僅有電話可以聯繫，並沒有email方式。
這對國外觀光客非常不友善，還好同行友人有住日本的朋友可以幫忙打電話聯繫Rakuten客服，我們才得以入住飯店。
但直到退租前，我一直沒有收到Rakuten的訂房編號及密碼，就連我要check-out時都需要用屋內的平板與客服聯繫取得訂房編號我才可以完成手續。
飯店的設施非常棒，但是因為系統的關係讓我這次是個不好的住宿體驗。

My group needed a place to stay for 10 days. Rakuten Stay House was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located, close to shopping and dining, and well equipped kitchen if we wanted to stay in. We would certainly stay there again.
