Last year, I booked their 8th-floor king room on Japan's Jalan website, and it was quite spacious. This time, I booked a 7th-floor king room through Ctrip, and this room was noticeably much smaller and very cramped. No wonder there's a significant price difference between the 8th and 7th-floor king rooms, even though they both have 1.4-meter king beds. The hotel's breakfast is fantastic, with sashimi, homemade bread, especially their homemade sea salt rolls – absolutely delicious! They also have ice cream.

here for business, booked the last best available room during the expo period, turns out i booked the tatami style room which was an awesome experience to try especially in Japan. comfortable and even has air purifier/humidifier. had complementary masks and facial products for guest daily.

The hotel was clean and near train station. Onsen was good. Each day the onsen will change the location which one have outdoor bath and another have sauna.

The breakfast is too expensive. I don't need anything fancy in the morning; I'd prefer something light for 1,000 or 1,200 yen. The check-in process for consecutive nights is cumbersome and takes too long; they need to be trained.

The room was cozy and made me feel safe. The hot spring and bathtub were soothing for travel fatigue. The location was very convenient, right next to Takatsuki Station, making it easy to eat, shop, and get around.
