Chisun Grand Takayama

Hotel is located very near the train station and bus terminal. Takayama is a small town and accessible by foot. The old town and places of interest are within walking distance from the hotel.

Very good location. Very near to Takayama station and bus staion to Shirakawa-go. Have Jacuzzi and sauna room for relaxing. Good breakfast.

Hotel is clean, very good size room, close to the takayama station. The surrounding is very quite . Not so far from morning market.

This was one of my best stays in Japan. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the price was very affordable. The hotel is very conveniently located, only about a 2-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed, and there is also a comfortable dining area where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee in the afternoon. The room I received was quite spacious by Japanese standards. It had two super single beds and an L-shaped couch, with plenty of space to open my suitcase easily. The bathroom was also larger than those in my previous hotels, with a full-size bathtub which made it very comfortable. It’s a shame that I only stayed for one night. I definitely should have stayed longer because the room was so comfortable. Thank you Chisun Grand Takayama for your wonderful hospitality. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Takayama.

very convinient location and clean hotel for a reasonable rate. Parking is available for an extra fee.

The location is excellent—only a 160-meter walk from Takayama Station. There are delicious yakiniku restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and assistance. There is also a hot bath and a mist sauna on the second floor, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day.
