"Size of the room bigger than expectation especially in Japan. Friendly staff with fast check in / check out service. Hotel near to JR train / bus station. Many interesting spots famous area are nearby within relaxing walking around. Enjoy having the free daily simple breakfast, appreciated for the arrangements. Others have make some comments about the bed and pillow. But that' s not any issues for me. The room is clean with amenities provided."

"酒店離高山站20分鐘車程，可以提前請攜程客服通過代理聯繫酒店到高山站來接，但下午每小時一班車，最晚一班是1630，再晚需要自己到酒店。其實是離飛驒一之宮站最近衹有4.1km開車五分鐘，我們錯過了前面的巴士，JR也延遲了，到一之宮的時候都晚上七點過了，那個站非常小裏面啥也沒有人也沒有，就給酒店打電話請他們過來接的，態度非常好也很熱情，員工簡單英文溝通沒問題，儘管晚了很多但也有給我們準備晚飯。房間很大看起來蠻新的，保暖設備都很到位，每個房間晚上預留了一個小時的私湯，其他時段是男女湯分開的。晚餐懷石料理還不錯，早餐感覺一般但也很飽。非常非常喜歡大堂的圍爐，泡完湯去坐一會兒真是太舒服了。"

"Cozy family hotel, it’s super quiet when I live in. During the whole stay, only one of us has a family bath and 5 pools casually, watching the snow fall on my shoulders quietly, life is happy! It is very suitable for children. Breakfast and dinner are very supportive. It is close to Shinhotaka and the ski resort, and it is quieter than Hirayu."

But the hotel has flaws: the public hot spring is too small and you can't take a bath, the room is too cold, and the air conditioner doesn't work! The shower area in the room is also very cold! The food was average, but the key was that the ventilation during the barbecue for dinner was not good and the smell of oily smoke was all over the place! The service is very good from check-in to other times. The key is that after check-out, no one cares about getting to the station. If the weather is good, it is not a big problem and the distance is not far. But on snowy days, it is too hard to push a big box with ice and snow on the road! It was really beautiful to take a lot of photos. If you don’t have high requirements for hot springs and like to take beautiful photos, it’s still great!"
