The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Because it was the rainy season and there were few guests, breakfast was served on a single plate instead of a buffet.

Insist to provide proof of payment even though gave him confirmation.  Standard room but only for one bed, we suffered to stay with two gentlemen each room in one bed.  The receptionist refused to change for us.  The stupid receptionist shall be fired to avoid further damage to the customers.

Staff was wonderful rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint was there was no outlet in the bathroom to plug in hair dryer. But will definitely stay here again

The hotel is fine and fit for purpose. I found that the rooms, breakfast area and overall hotel is quite dark. The room was fine. It’s just that the TV and phone didn’t work and the light in the shower was blown. This wasn’t a huge issue for me, as I didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok. The variety could be better but what I had was sufficient. It would be nice to have more fresh fruits for example. The pool area was a little dirty. It needs to be cleaned daily. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was overpriced for what it was. I would stay again, but not at the same rate.
