"The hotel is clearly an old hotel, which is not a bad thing, if only they had taken the maintenance cycles seriously. The hotel has good infrastructure, it is without a doubt the largest in Takoradi and has a view of the sea, although it does not have access to it, a private golf course separates them. The problem with this hotel is that it is obvious that they have not taken the proper maintenance seriously to preserve the facilities. I had the opportunity to check out all the available rooms, from the cheapest to the most expensive, and everything is the same: hallways in poor condition, unplastered walls, terribly dirty and stained carpets, dirty walls, and a terrible smell of humidity in absolutely all the rooms I visited (9 in total). The clearest point in favor of this hotel is its staff. They are incredibly good at their job and always very helpful. If they could move this staff to a hotel with better infrastructure, it would certainly be a great hotel. The hotel has a nice casino, an excellent and complete gym, and a spa that is without a doubt the most terrible I have ever visited in my life: dirty, terrible smell of humidity, and lamentable massage service."

"前台服務極差，又蠢又傲慢，有確認單還要求提供付款證明。雙床房衹給大床房，不給調整。 The receptiost is stupid and arrogant. Insist to provide proof of payment even though gave him confirmation.  Standard room but only for one bed, we suffered to stay with two gentlemen each room in one bed.  The receptionist refused to change for us.  The stupid receptionist shall be fired to avoid further damage to the customers."

"The hotel cancelled our booking because they thought we were supposed to check in on 21st although we booked for 22nd. They rushed through cleaning a room for us but it had a horrible, disgusting smell especially in the bathroom which also looked like it had mold all over the shower stall, the sink tub drain and part of the WC lid. Very disgusting room, will not recommend this hotel. It needs serious renovation and DEEP CLEANING."
