The room was decent, comparable to a 3-4 star hotel, clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offers direct access to the beach. **Facilities:** There's a game room, but the amenities are quite limited – just one pool table, one ping-pong table, and one arcade game/gaming console. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the hotel is quite large and accommodates many guests, yet offers no other entertainment options. **Cleanliness:** It was acceptable; nothing outstanding but no major issues either. **Environment:** Average. **Service:** The hotel staff were excellent. I had driven to the hotel, and my car tire was low on air. On a very hot day, they kindly helped me top up the tire pressure. I'm very grateful for their help.

Perfect location next to a beautiful beach. Not very crowded and loads of spaces to lie out in deck chairs or on the sand. Hotel staff are excellent, super helpful and kind. Outrigger has its own app which made ordering additional toiletries for our room simple. Only tricky part is getting to/from the hotel ad it is a 10min drive from Khao Lak town but the hotel can help you to order a taxi.

We had a great break at the Outrigger. The hotel layout and build quality is very good, and the room was large and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially on the front desk. The breakfast buffet was substantial and high quality. We would definitely recommend this resort, and would consider returning there again ourselves.
