Moracea by Khao Lak Resort

Moracea is perfectly located right on the beach. Although the Hibiscus Grand Deluxe room could use some updating, it was spacious and light. The bathroom was also large with a separate bath and shower. Housekeeping did a great job at keeping the room clean and neat. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast and used room service once during a heavy storm, which was delivered quickly. The hotel is in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi to the night market. The stand-out is the excellent, attentive and friendly staff throughout the resort. We plan to return to the hotel next year.

The location is absolutely stunning. Nestled right by the beach, the views are breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether it was watching the sunset or simply enjoying the sound of the ocean, every moment felt special. The facilities are outstanding and beautifully maintained. From the pools to the rooms and all the shared spaces, everything is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious yet welcoming environment. And the food—simply incredible. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. There was a great variety of options, and everything I tried exceeded expectations. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing about my stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
