Khaolak Sunset Resort - Adults Only

A cozy hotel with very reasonable prices, friendly staff, and ginger cats. All rooms overlook the sea! If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the beach, this is the perfect place. And of course, the beach is beautiful and the sunsets are stunning. A minor downside is the lack of breakfast, but there are plenty of cafes along the shore to suit every taste. I recommend the Andalay Bar, which has a very friendly hostess.

Accommodation with a great view

I was a little disappointed after checking in. The hotel is very old and there is no shower gel. Only a small soap is provided. Far from the city center, it is not recommended to stay if you don’t have a car. The biggest selling point is that the terrace faces the sea. The hotel has a private beach, which is only a 2-minute walk away. In addition to the old equipment and mold on the shower curtain, the terrace faces the beach directly and has a beautiful view, which makes up for the shortcomings.

Very good hotel. The room has everything, TV, kettle, toiletries. The territory is well-kept, few people. Very peaceful atmosphere. If you need parties, this is not the place for you.

Because I was going to Similan Island, I chose a hotel on Khao Lak Beach. It was cloudy for the two days I was there, but the sea view room was still invincible, the environment was comfortable and quiet, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic, and it was well received.

I paid a total of 1023 baht and expected breakfast to be included, but the hotel didn't provide it. I understand there are few customers during the low season, but it would have been nice to have bread, jam, coffee, or rice porridge available.

Beautiful view, good atmosphere, spacious rooms, private and not crowded.

The atmosphere is very good. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the sea. However, the facilities are not in good repair, such as the shower is broken, causing the water to not flow.
