Hotel is very very bad! It’s like a ghost hotel. No staff, not clean! Too poor! Room is full of dust! Hotel is scary! You should remove this hotel from Trip! Otherwise Trip will lose credits. I have to think more than twice to choose hotels from trip. I experienced 2 hotels with poor services 😥

We were going to stay here but when we arrived we found to our horror this place is now very run down. BEWARE, the truth is it looks nothing like the photos posted on various sites. It is neglected, unstaffed and a sorry place to stay. Pool is green and nothing is open/attendee to.

My family had a great time here, being right next to the beach was perfect, good size rooms for a family of five. My youngest daughter loved the outdoor toys, shame the swimming pool was out of action but it didnt really matter as the sea was 5 min walk away. Service was very good and the breakfast staff put extra effort to give us a great breakfast before we left. Overall highly recommended and good price too!

L’hôtel est à l’abandon, l’ambiance y est lugubre et ferait un décor parfait pour la série Walking Dead. La majorité des chambres est inoccupée, le restaurant est fermé. Le petit dej ne comprend pratiquement plus aucun produit frais. Le soir il n’y a plus de réceptionniste, pas de gardien et pas de lumière dans les couloirs. Ambiance fin du monde assurée. La salle de sport est vieille, le tapis de course est hors service. Les WC homme de la réception sont en maintenance et dans un état à vomir. Le faux plafond est béant par endroits dans l’hôtel, les climatisations rouillées, la plage est redevenue sauvage avec de la végétation partout. Il n’y a personne autour, les hôtels environnants sont à l’abandon. La ville de Khao Lak est désertée également avec quelques vendeurs birmans. Toute la station balnéaire a souffert du covid et les thaïs n’y vont plus. Les quelques touristes déambulent dans une ville sinistrée. Par rapport aux photos du site booking c’est une véritable arnaque. Nous avons quitté les lieux après nuit alors que nous en avions réservées et payées deux. Je dois dire que c’est de loin la pire expérience d’une réservation d’hôtel.
