When we arrived there was no water , the bed was so hard we could just as well been sleeping at the floor, the swimming pool was not clean and is was smelly , the young couple who took care of the hotel had a little kid who was running around and screaming crying like small kids do maybe not a place to raise a child among turist who wants piece and quiet

เป็นที่พักที่เหมาะอก่การพักผ่อนสุดๆ เงียบสงบ น้องที่ดูแลวิลล่าดูแลดีมากๆ แต่เสียดายไปช่วงใกล้จะหน้าโลวเลยไม่ได้กินอาหารเช้าของโรงแรม แต่ก็โชคดีที่เป็นแขกห้องเดียวของวิลล่า ส่วนตัวแบบสุดๆ
โดยรวมแล้วแนะนำมากๆค่ะ

Don't do it! Booked this resort 5 days in advance. Money was taken immediately. Told that confirmation might take a few minutes. After no response I sent a message asking for confirmation. No reply. I did this over the next 4 days. No response. At 7pm the night before arrival, I received a notification that my booking had been cancelled and a refund of monies paid. It took a visit to the resort and a further 4 days to get a refund. Don't go here, choose Fanari Resort instead. The staff and surroundings are so much better.

Very poor communication with reception.
Paid for breakfast, but no known breakfast services.
Front desk didn’t even advise until checkout.
