The hotel is family-run, and the whole family puts in effort and participates, which makes everything run smoothly. Their good English is also a plus.
The hotel isn't large, but everything is very convenient: check-in, check-out, daily cleaning and towel changes, water, tea, coffee, toiletries, hairdryer, a large bed, good quality linens and towels, excellent hot water pressure, a refrigerator, TV, telephone, swimming pool, laundry service, cafe, and motorbike/car rental.
They allowed us to leave our winter clothes there while we traveled further and picked them up on our way back. We also received a nice discount for a long-term motorbike rental, which we used to explore the north of the island.
It's close to the city center and the main road, yet it's quiet and cozy here. The balcony offers a forest view, with birds singing, a pleasant coolness, and a gentle breeze.
City markets, 7-11, and a supermarket are all within walking distance. There are also gas stations nearby. The beaches are just a 3-5 minute motorbike ride away.
