Natai Beach Resort

Positive: - The beachfront and views are exceptional; however, the overall experience did not meet expectations. - The Food and Beverage team at the restaurant provided excellent service. Negative: - We reserved a deluxe room, but the assigned accommodation was notably unclean due to recent renovations, with issues observed on the flooring, curtains, bedding, and particularly the pillows, which had a strong, musty odor. Additionally, the in-room telephone line was non-functional. - The reception staff exhibited an unfriendly demeanor. Although we received an upgrade to a garden room, this experience ultimately left us with a negative impression of the hotel.

Peaceful ❤ I booked Garden Terrace Room :) really like it!! The room is in a great location — you can easily walk through the garden to the swimming pool and the beach. It was exactly the kind of room I wanted. The room was spacious and very clean, with wonderfully cold air conditioning. There was also a bathtub and fully equipped amenities, offering much more than expected for the price. The staff provided excellent service. There was also an application for communicating with the staff, and the responses were very quick and efficient. The beach was beautiful, clean, and private. The morning view and the sunset were absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place for a truly relaxing getaway.

Great pool, beach and rooms for the price are nice. Recommend.

Our stay at Natai was not pleasant. First impression was good when we saw environment, beach and swimming pool area but later it became horror show for us. Specially at night we found the front safety door lock was broken and it took long time to repair. Secondly someone tried to break interconnecting door from other room at middle of night when we were sleeping...we were so frightened.....I called reception several time but the sound from other room and trying to open interconnected door continues almost 20 min and not gonna sleep after that. Location is also very far and nothing around Specially 7/11.

Beautiful hotel and the sunset was just fabulous near the pool bar Friendly staff Room was clean but some renovations in rooms would be kindly suggested!
