"The bungalow was grubby and there was a damp smell. The pictures are very deceiving it looked 5 star but was pushing a 3. The water pressure in the shower was up and down. Cold then hot. The overall bungalow was in need of updating and decorating. Service was slow the pools and beach is amazing but we decided not to extend our stay and moved hotels."

"Before booking, I had researched extensively about the Iniala Beach House, but I underestimated its excellence. I initially thought it would be good, but not to the extent of what I experienced. It surpassed all expectations, resembling a heavenly retreat for those who have lived virtuously. In fact, it exceeded my expectations by a thousandfold. During our two-week stay here, we found a serene oasis that offered a welcome escape from the typical hustle and bustle of Phuket. This marked our fourth visit to Thailand, and we were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility that this location provided. Situated just a 20-minute taxi ride north of Phuket airport, on the mainland beyond the bridge, the retreat strikes a perfect balance—far removed from the bustling tourist spots yet conveniently close for those who seek a change of scenery. My primary goal was to unwind from work stress and cherish quality time with my wife, and this place exceeded our expectations in every way. We began our stay by indulging in the luxury of all three beachfront pool villas, each surpassing the beauty of the previous one. Designed by renowned designers, each villa exuded its unique style and charm, creating a truly unforgettable experience. The butler service, particularly our dedicated Taengkwa, Melissa from sales, and Thai the GM, went above and beyond to cater to our every need. Our driver, Dean, treated us with royal hospitality, while Kay, our fitness instructor, added a great touch to our wellness experience. Not to be overlooked, the culinary delights surpassed our expectations, leading us to savor most of our meals in the comfort of our villa. The food was not just amazing—it was truly exceptional. Thanks Chef Jay."

"The apartments are new. Remote check-in is available. The pool is excellent. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy. The apartments are located away from tourist areas. Walking is inconvenient, so it's best to have your own transportation (car or motorbike). The beach nearby is deserted, with very few people in the morning. The cafe is also easily accessible only by transportation; walking along the road is inconvenient. The rooms also had large, noisy air conditioners mounted in the ceiling, and in one room, the exhaust vent blew a nasty smell into the bathroom."

"Excellent guesthouse. We stayed one night. The room was small, but quite cozy. Everything was carefully selected. Snow-white linens and towels in three sizes, plus a footstool. The towels were laid out beautifully. I was pleased with the shower gel and shampoo; they smelled great, not in tiny bottles. There's a flow-through heater. Plenty of lighting. The only drawback is the window/doors (wooden in the shared photos) facing the foyer/street and the mosquitoes, which bit me quite badly despite the fumigator I brought. The common area has a kitchen, stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, cutlery, tea, and sugar. You can buy food and cook. The lobby has an additional TV, sofa, and board games."

It would be nice if the hot springs area or at least one of them was adults only, it kind of defeated the purpose to play relaxing spa music but then have screaming children running around, many unattended, one child even pour his entire soda into the spring water and was eating in the pool water. Other then that... it was beautiful."

"If you’ve heard about Thai hospitality and the famous smile — this hotel is NOT the place for it. The staff are inattentive and poorly trained. They can’t handle bookings on their own and constantly call the manager to confirm every step. For the first time, we encountered a hotel where, despite booking for 2 adults + 1 child, they still charged extra for the kid. We requested a baby crib but it was never delivered. Most of the hotel is built from wood. During our stay, workers were all over the property sanding down old dark layers of wood — not sure how safe that was. The villas have bathtubs, but they were dirty inside. Towels were stuffed in room corners to absorb water because the ceiling leaks when it rains. There are a lot of ants in the hotel. Breakfast was a major letdown. Juices tasted and smelled like cheap chemicals. Croissants were made from some odd, non-layered dough. Due to humidity, most of the food was sticky and soggy. • Spacious villa for a relatively reasonable price. • To reach the beach, you just need to cross the road. • Very large and comfortable bed. • Gym with fairly new equipment."
