We stayed in a treehouse, which was small but very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. It had everything we needed (fridge, TV, hairdryer, electric heater, shower amenities). The resort is beautifully situated within a nature reserve, with lovely grounds and lighting… it felt like we were in the Alps… truly a fairytale! The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property. The ski lift was close by. Breakfast was superb, everything was fresh and delicious, they even served sparkling wine. Highly recommend! We had a wonderful time!

This is honest review, this place is really bad ski resort. Staff was very unpleasant and not helpful. Please dont waste time going here. Really bad and worst ski resort experience. Everything you ask they dont understand and the ski personel very rude. Please have the resort for your staff and not for tourist. You will regret booking this place . Paid so much for rubbish service and had to even hike up to our rooms with our bags. No buggy service.

We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.

The stay and the location was exceptional, there were many activities which are well organized. However, the room service was pretty much delayed all the time. Any support took time to attend. Overall it was good!!
