The environment is nice, but the service is very poor. They overcharged me. I made a phone call, and the amount wasn't displayed. Upon check-out, they charged me a huge amount of hidden fees. It's a total rip-off, and I think that's really bad.

This is a very convenient and clean hotel. It felt a bit like a Japanese hotel. I was recommended it by an Estonian friend and found the location to be excellent and the service quality high. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. I was told it's an old hotel built for the Moscow Olympics.

Friendly staff, room already prepared for family stay, nice location, great breakfast, not too overcrowded. Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk. Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open.

Very clean rooms and hotel. Not even smells. Staff was very nice and helpful, spoke very good english. Good breakfast. Had amazing views into Tallin, you should ask for a room with city view. Had a very good stay.

Beautiful big clean room , very clean, great views. Pool and gym on top floor with amazing views. Staff were so helpful there were 2 restaurants. Great stay

Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

It's high time to renovate the hotel. The soundproofing is terrible, and listening to your neighbors cough and blow their noses is hardly entertaining. Now, instead of mini shampoo bottles, there's a dispenser on the wall. Empty. Thankfully, for 90 euros a night, it's very convenient. Is water in the room a paid service? Excellent.

The hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Tallinn Airport. The Old Town is about a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and pleasantly furnished and feature a TV and a bathroom (with shower). The elevators (four of them) are also very fast!
