It’s one of the oldest soviet-era hotels, modernized, and has lot to offer. The views are stunning, and everything is in walking distance.

Great stay with this hotel! Very convenient local. Staff is excellent and friendly. The breakfast buffet is very, very good.

The hotel rooms are in need of some updating. The TVs in the junior suites were very old and the signal was poor. No international news channels (only Russian Euronews).
Service was good and friendly. Breakfast quite good.

Location is great — hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old towns, and connected to a busy mall.
However the hotel itself is far from 4-star. The rooms are old and decrepit. Curtains barely close the windows. Beds are old and worn. The bathroom looked like a remnant of the 80s.
