This hotel, 1. It is convenient for sightseeing in the old city, but the facilities are a bit old and has a sense of history. 2. There is no elevator, the corridors are tortuous, and you need to consider it if you have large luggage. 3. There is no air conditioning in the room, so take a sauna at night in summer.

Excellent hotel with great central location. There is a spacious patio and seating area. The breakfast was very rich and tasty. The cleanliness of the room is 10 out of 10, there were no complaints. There was also a large TV, although I don't need it, a small fridge and a safe.
Will definitely come back here when I'm in Tallinn.

It's 2:53 in the morning and I feel like I'm going insane, the music next door is so loud, please just pay an extra 10/20 euro a night to stay somewhere better, apparently the nightclub stays open until 5am so I've another 2hrs to go 😭, will not be staying here tommorrow night I don't care if I get a refund would get better sleep on a park bench 👍

We arrived late at night. I told the hotel in advance I would be with my toddler and the hotel assigned us to a room on a floor where it was filled with smoke fumes. We could both barely breathe. Also there was loud banging on the adjoining wall from the neighbour which was very scary for us so late at night. I told reception immediately and they moved us to a different room. The room was bigger but had a dirty floor and toilet. At this point we were too tired to complain again. There's a karaoke bar below the hotel and the music is loud and you can feel the vibration in the room. We both struggled to sleep and overall wouldn't recommend this place. The receptionist on arrival wasn't welcoming either. A disappointing stay.

I would stay here again, quite an interesting building, I would imagine with plenty of history. No complaints on the breakfast, with a wide choice. My room was at the top of the building, with no lift, you certainly felt it after climbing those a few times a day.

The architecture is medieval, and the furnishing and decorations are renascence. Spending time here is like being inside a castle, beautiful, if you like the genre. Their breakfast is super rich, with a vast variety of choices. Personnel is very kind and helpful. Checking in and out is flexible. Beside being an excellent place to be in, it is strategically inside the wall of old Tallinn. If you stay here you do not need a car or take any transportation to visit around.

The hotel was in a great location with the train and bus station just a few minutes away. Its in the old town with lots of Restaurants, Bars and Cafés nearby. It was a bit of a maze to go up our room, there wasn't a lift which might be a bit difficult if you carry heavy luggages upstairs. The room was nice and spacious and so was the bathroom. We had a Jacuzzi which was amazing but unfortunately it didn't work. The toilet was a bit smelly too. There is no air con in the room, it got quite hot but a van is available. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, though another coffee machine would have been nice as there was a big queue. As we left early in the morning we asked if it was possible to get a breakfast/lunchbox to take with us and it wasn't a problem at all. We've been given a box with slices of bread, ham, cheese, cucumber, tomato, pastries and an apple. It was just perfect and very sweet of them. Even though the stay wasn't perfect, I'd definitely come back as it's in a great location and good value for money.
