I only have lovely things to say about this resort. Staff are amazing and very polite and always happy to help you .Renuka from the spa has magic hands and Selven (restaurant manager ) always greeting you happily and trying to please you. 10 out of 10 this hotel.The view is absolutely breathtaking ,very good food( every night different buffet) and the room are beautiful , very spacious and clean. Definitely will be going back as i never wanted to leave in the first place . They also have the private beach (best view with the mountains )only for the hotel guest and there is space for everyone and does not feel crowed even when fully booked.

From the time you step into this hotel to the time you leave a smile and chat is always on hand. The Manager and staff work tirelessly to make your holiday wonderful,and it certainly was. Special mention for the Restaurant Manager where we had our Lobster Extravangansa yesterday...amazing service and food....very special. A few tips...would be good to have yoga on the decking every morning...aqua is great but need some variety. Please let there be icecream for a sweet as well as the cakes for deserts... .we did ask and were given some but would be great to just rock up and serve ourselves. All in all a great holiday....

Last day in Paradise after spending 2 weeks at this absolutely fantastic resort. We could not fault a thing location perfect, food great & varied , rooms large, very spacious , beds, pillows really comfortable, plenty of watersport activities to do with no extra cost and last but not least the fabulous staff they're just amazing & treat you like Royalty. I would like to give a special mention to Sandy, Clarrel, Selven , Ruddy, Neha, Sheela from the cleaning for decorating our room for our Anniversary & when we arrived, Ashley & also Sunny from reception who even transferred some of our photos for us from a stick as we had trouble doing it. Just one little minor quibble is having to pay for your water. Other than that , the whole holiday was perfect 👌 Thank you ❤️

We had a very pleasant stay at the Sands Resort. The room was nice and the housekeeping kept it very clean. The Buffet at the dinner changed everyday and was very tasty, but you also should try the special menues and the different Restaurants that they offer. The beach was beautiful, but unfortunetly when we were there the sight in the water was very bad, so we couldn't go snorkeling. They also have a Spa area, where we could enjoy very relaxing massages. The whole staff was exceptionally friendly, but especially we want to mention the Chef Concierge Mr. Soudesh, who was very helpful and friendly, beyond his dutys. The other person we want to mention is the waiter Ashlay from the Restaurant Pink Peppercorn, who arranged two very special dinners for us. We would definitely go there again! Planned as a surprise holiday for my husband's 70th birthday. Sands was everything I hoped for and more. All suites face the sea, with views across to Tamarin and beyond and are spacious and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed the variety of activities available, but if you are looking for a tranquil place to relax, this is it, waking every morning to the sound of the sea and the variety of birds all around. We enjoyed eating at Spices and Pink Peppercorn and having two special meals in the gazebo were highlights, we were made to feel very special. My husband said his massages were the best he had ever had and mine were really good too, definitely recommend. All the staff were friendly and always smiling, special mention to Jonathan for his singing and Ruddy on poolside. A family run hotel, it shows when staff know your name and wish you Happy Birthday. This was intended as a one in a lifetime trip, but maybe we will return.

The best holiday we have ever had! When we arrived we had no luggage due to many, many cases not being loaded on the aircraft! The hotel staff were wonderful from the minute we arrived, providing us with T-shirts, bathroom essentials & even disposable underwear!! Thanks to the valiant endeavours of the two concierge (Soudesh & Lavish) we received one case the next afternoon and the other the following day. Soudesh especially has been a joy to know for the whole of our stay. We got to know many of the staff and they were all extremely courteous and nothing was too much trouble. (Special mention goes to Rajiv, Neha, Dev & Arjoon in the bar for all those special cocktails. Ruddy & Sandy going above & beyond what was expected of them on the beach & poolside , especially Ruddy for even cleaning sunglasses when required! And finally, Reetesh for his knowledge & friendship whilst serving our wine). The hotel is magnificent, the scenery stunning & we will return.

Super experience. Amazing place. Calm and relax full day. Adult only. All the personal people very atend and kind. Dinner so good. Soudesh concerge helped us in everything we need. Maybe breakfast should be better. We hope to come back in the future to enjoy this place and this wontherful paradise

Very nice stay, staff very kind and caring. We had very good advices from reception for trips and hikes. Amazing swimming pool with breathtaking view on the morne mountain. Beach with multiple activities available included Would definitely recommend

The whole experience deserves the 5 stars in our opinion. Fantastic place and fantastic staff. The food quality was always great, being at the buffet, at the spice and ppc restaurants or at the bar. We enjoyed eating with the sight of sand, water and mountains, the evening the nice a**osphere with at times live music. Gym and billard rooms with a/c, many possible outside activities. The room was very comfortable. Discrete organisation and overall low-paced holiday feeling. Highly recommend.
