Great hotel, full of history and glamour!

I had a good experience, except in the reservation. I have payed for a king rom but i stayed in a classic room. I had detect this diference when i have made the check out. I complained in curia hotel and the say that reservation was comunicated for a classic room. I hope that you could explain and give me a compensation for this reservation error. Very beautiful hotel that really manages to take us back 100 years in time. Magnificent spaces and a very good breakfast. However, there is one big drawback: the water in the shower did not heat up enough, which makes bathing unpleasant at this time of winter.

Beautiful on the outside, poorly maintained on the inside It's a shame that a hotel that you can tell was once classy is now somewhat abandoned, as if it had no owner. Small details that don't cost much money but will certainly make a good impression on the guest.

Beautiful hotel, free parking, suitable for those who stop over while driving between Lisbon - Porto.

Fabulous. Impeccable service and staff, spa with very good heated pool. Sauna and jacuzzi included in the spa. The spa was free for guests to enter. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the chef deserves a Michelin star at the very least. It was simply divine. The breakfast was also very good. What an unforgettable experience, we felt as if we had enjoyed first class service in the 1920s. The whole atmosphere makes the guest feel like they are traveling back in time with all the luxury. The rooms are modern and comfortable. I've been to many guesthouses, but I've never been to a place like this that met all the requirements and gave that feeling of lost luxury. A jewel to (re)discover. The best historic hotel in Portugal. I will definitely be back very soon as there is no other palace hotel or guesthouse that comes close to this one.

The facility is 100 years old, renovated with period furniture. You have to be at this place. Breakfast is ok. Free parking.

Small room, different from the photo, needs some repairs, a bit expensive, but overall everything is good, friendly staff, good European breakfast, parents were happy, parking on site, excellent restaurants nearby, three minutes drive away, picturesque place

Thermal Hotel of the 21st century XX, adapted to modern times, quiet, with a very nice indoor pool - to relax as a couple or as a family. Good restaurant. Breakfast on Sunday should be served later

Some employees are poorly trained for the work they have to do. From one day to the next, they didn't clean the bathroom. It's very unpleasant for people to come back from the spa in their swimsuits and have to go through the common areas.

The rooms and common areas could be cleaned better.

Excellent hotel. A return to the past with comfort and class.
