Lobby is nice. Room was fairly clean. In-room tech needs an update. No USB ports accessible. Needed an adapter.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Tampa and the Hilton Garden Inn was an amazing place to land. The room was beautiful and large, very comfortable sitting area, 2 TV’s and a fridge and microwave. The biggest plus was the beautiful jacuzzi that you can sit in and watch flights in and out of TPA. The front desk allowed us a late checkout which helped us get some more time in the spa.

Beautiful, clean room. Very convenient to the Tampa airport. The man at the front desk was nice enough to get a glass of milk for my husband for his morning coffee.

We arrived at 9:30 AM think we would have to drop off our luggage and leave until check in at 3 but the staff said our room was ready and immediately let us check in. It was the best thing ever. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We used the filter to find a hotel with a hot tub. Bought suits for this. Checked in changed and went to get in. Water was cold. Should have chosen a different hotel with hot tub.

The pool and hot tub were not cleaned properly. The hot tub water smelled unclean. The water temperatures were not appropriate. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was warm not what a hot tub should be. If these hotel amenities are going to be open, then they should be useable. Clean warm pool water and hot clean water for the hot tub.

I checked in the accessible rooms with my 2 year old and the room smelled horrible and dirty carpet. It was a combination of sweat and dirt. We checked in late and were unable to switch rooms because I booked through a 3rd party. Not worth the amount I spent $165 and as a preferred member, I expected a clean and fresh room.
The restaurant staff were great and so was Steve who checked us in.
