Don't expect too much from hotels in the United States. The hardware facilities are poorly maintained and old and damaged are the norm. Breakfast is also very simple, and the ingredients are the most common and cheap.

The hotel looks older but very clean. The staff was efficient and courteous. My only issue was the mattress was firmer than I would have liked.

To start the beds were really uncomfortable. They dont do housekeeping during your stay and you have to go and ask for clean towels. On my second day there i had a roach walk on my foot while I peed. The breakfast consisted of cereal boxes, cold bagels, juice and coffee. I would never stay there again.

Lobby looks lovely but the rooms were not so nice. Our bathtub was missing a plug. Pull out couch was nothing but springs with a sheet on top. Parking lot was acceptable.

The room was clean but a little on the "dated side" but worth the price we paid. Good staff and location but get there early if you want the free breakfast. Would stay there again.

The bed was nice and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. However, the air conditioner blew out a musty smell that took over the whole room. Along with that, there was a lot of hard water in the shower and the water pressure wasn’t the best. There were also a lot of hairs in my towel, but I figured hey, at least they’re clean hairs. We also got no cleaning service.

This is our 2nd stay in 2 Weeks, and Leon has been so kind and a great asset to the Brandon Center. He always makes or stays just a little nicer. Thank you for going out of your way to be kind and friendly.
